A few words from Anna Scott about Inspirations issue 75
Recently one of our regular stitchers brought a piece of embroidery she had just finished to show us. While we were admiring it, she said, "I look at it now and can't really believe that I actually did it".
That is a little bit how I feel when looking at the pages of issue 75 in front of me, ready to go to the printer. I am not quite sure how we did it. So much has happened since the last issue of Inspirations but despite how busy we have been, these pages reflect the pleasure of relaxed late summer days. And isn’t that what embroidering makes us do – slow down and enjoy things?
This amazing issue is filled with tantalising bullion roses and quirky nursery creatures are among the other delightful projects we bring you in this issue, along with needlepoint, quilting and delicate whitework - not to mention this delightful bag (pictured right) for your humble pegs that is sure to make you smile while hanging out the washing. Picture below are some of the beautiful projects inside our magazine.
