Inspirations Books brings another wonderful publication to the beginner quilter with their stitch it: quilts. This book is very well written and the instructions are well drawn and described and supported by very clear photographs. The projects in this book are definitely achievable for the beginner. Projects such as a gorgeous applique and paper pieced quilt titled \"Cherry Pie\", baby quilts that could be made in a weekend and some lovely patterns to use up your scraps. There\'s even a tote bag pattern and an amazing reverse applique pattern call Victorian Virtuoso, which you can draw onto your fabric. The only dissapointment in this publication is the patterns that are provided in the back of the book, are reduced considerably. Which means you\'ll have to access a photocopier to get your full size patterns. Can be a bit time consuming and not at all practical when we want to finish this project today. It would be great if there was a pocket provided with full size patterns. I know this can make the book expensive, and a bit bulky. Having said that, the price point of this book is very reasonable for the quality one receives. Overall, a very good publication for beginner quilters, with the usual attention to detail that Inspirations Publications are renowned for.
