The instructions for binding the neckline have been omitted.
They should read:
Bind the neckline following the General Instructions on sheet 1, side 1.
Sheet 3 side 2 Pattern pieces C and D
Cut away the neckline on the stitching line for the relevant size to allow for the bound neckline.
