Inspirations Issue 60

Price: $12.95

An amazing eleven projects, created with love by contributors from all around the world, are showcased inside 'the ultimate collector's issue' of Inspirations.

Babies may be small but they seem to require a large number of bits and pieces to see them through the day. Julie Graue has created two fabulous baby tote bags to help you keep everything in the right place and close at hand.

Wander quietly down to the river and toss in a line; you may be surprised at what you catch! Even if you return home empty handed, you can still enjoy all the beauty of fresh water fish on a wonderful cosy blanket by Susan O'Connor.

Beth Allen helps you decorate your Christmas with her cute little koalas, complete with gum blossoms, bottle brush and Christmas bells.

These projects and more await you, along with our regular front page articles and wonderful reader's letters, as well as Susan O'Connor's Cutting Edge.

Using the 114 concise step-by-step photographs, you'll learn pin stitching, rosette stitch cast-on stitch flower with button centre, bullion rose with button centre, double cast-on stitch, knotted stitch, whipped tulle stitch, making an acorn, French glove stitch, coral stitch and needlwoven bars.

When i was introduced to smocking in 2000, i was hooked up ever since. Till now, i just can\'t stop myself from smocking. I have two daughters, but now they\'re teenagers, so they have their own sense of style which no longer requires smocking dresses. But gladly enough i have 7 nieces and 2 grand daughters at the age of 1-10 yrs old, and i have reason to smock beautiful smocking dresses. Thank you CB for creating wonderful magazines that give me so many smocking designs to choose from. I almost never missed any AS&E issues since i started smocking. Thank you also to all CB staff/team for being there to assist me. Thank you so very much.

Dear Country Bumpkin, What a wonderful idea to give a quick overview of your magazine on line! It lets you see if you like the projects first before you buy the magazine which is terrific, as I can\'t always buy every issue. Well done for producing such a lovely magazine, I shall continue to buy those issues I can and enjoy the others on line. And a Happy Birthday to you! Regards Alison
