From the hands of world renowned needle artist, Gail Doane, come 10 gorgeous jackets sized from 6 months through to 12 years, beautifully embellished with superb embroidery and colourful buttons. Designed as the perfect partner for a classic smocked dress, each gorgeous jacket looks equally as stunning over a pair of jeans or skirt.
This exquisite new book, proudly brought to you by Country Bumpkin Publications, provides you with multi-sized patterns for each jacket, plus bonus patterns for a smocked bishop and unique square yoke dress, as well as a stylish wrap skirt. Detailed instructions and step-by-step photographs for all smocking, embroidery and construction make this a 'must have' for every needleworker’s library.

From someone who has had the pleasure of being one of Gail Doanes students; you will be inspired by design and enjoy great instructions! I have not yet had the pleasure of useing Cute As A Button, but I have attended Gail Doanes class which uses this jacket pattern! I look forward to adding Cute As A Button to my sewing library.
